Introduction of Reiki healing modality system in 4 Parts

  • Gasho - Gassho means “two hands coming together.Gassho meditation helps prepare us for reiki and sets the foundation to our self-healing

  • Reiji Ho - The Japanese word Reiji means “indication of the spirit” (ray-jee hoe).The technique teaches us to trust and follow our intuition by getting our ego out of the way, so that healing can happen without us trying to control it in any way.

  • Chiryo - chiryo, is all about action. Chiryo means "treatment," and it is an essential part of every Reiki session. Up routing the mechanical process of placing hands on the body in set positions and trusting the Reiki will flow where it's needed.

  • Kenyaku - dry bathing a ritual perform before & after a session.

  • Reiki II symbols: How to draw, activate and use them. Their many uses are explained and their inner meaning is discussed.

  • Practice time is given so students know from experience how the energy of each symbols feels and the results each symbol produces.
