Sun Salutation as Medicine

An 8-week exploration into the Medicine of Movement.

The sequence stays the same. We don't.

A Personal Note

Every so often, I return to a practice I've known for years.

Not because I've mastered it.

But because I'm curious about what it still has to teach me.

Beginning 29 July, I'll spend eight weeks exploring Sun Salutation as Medicine.

For the first 30 days, I'll return to the sequence every day, documenting the experience through reflections, observations and practice.

This isn't about doing more.

It's about paying closer attention.

01 / Why This Practice?

Movement has always been part of how humans cared for themselves.

Long before movement became exercise or performance, it was simply part of being alive.

Sun Salutation is the practice I've chosen to return to, not because it's the only way, but because it's continues to meet me differently each time I return.

02 / The Journey

Thirty days of daily practice.

Weekly reflections.

Three live online gatherings.

A small group exploring what happens when we return to one simple practice with curiosity and consistency.

03 / Join the Journey

Practice alongside me.

Whether you're looking to deepen your own practice or simply curious about the project, you're warmly invited to join.

Together we'll explore movement, breath, consistency, and what unfolds when we return—one day at a time.

The Journey
