Rest is not a luxury. It’s a way back to yourself.

We live in a world that rewards productivity, but the truth is: nothing in nature blooms all year. This space was born from the wisdom of lying down. From the pause between inhale and exhale. From recovery, resistance, and remembering.

I’m a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and creator of the REST Method.

I work with the body, but I speak to the spirit. My method blends yin yoga, yoga nidra, somatic healing, astrology, and Ayurveda — but more than anything, it honors the intelligence of your body when it finally feels safe enough to rest.
The REST Method came to life lying down — not in the glow of healing, but in the hard parts: the fatigue, the fog, the silence.
