What We Explore

  • Energy Pathways

    Each finger connects to emotion, organ, and element.
    Through gentle finger meditation inspired by Jin Shin Jyutsu, you’ll learn how touch can regulate energy and bring the body into calm.

  • Planetary Rhythm

    The body follows the same cycles as the planets and elements. We use these rhythms to guide breath, movement, and rest, creating harmony between the inner and outer worlds.

  • Emotional Landscape

    Light and shadow both belong. We explore how emotions live in the organs and how awareness can turn tension into release. Each participant receives note cards showing these connections as a guide for continued practice.

Each gathering opens with a tea ceremony, a quiet invitation to move from doing into being.
The blend is created for calm and clarity, a way to arrive before we move.

Then we move through a five-posture flow grounded in the REST Method.
Gentle movement, breath, and stillness help the body unwind and remember its rhythm.

Through the five-finger meditation inspired by Jin Shin Jyutsu, you learn how energy moves through the body and how simple touch can bring balance.
The circle closes with a guided Yoga Nidra, where the body rests deeply and the nervous system integrates.

This is not about fixing. It is about listening.
It is about letting the body show you what it already knows.
