Open Space Sessions

Open Space is for the moments when nothing else works.
A 70-minute session where breath, body, and energy meet — creating space for your system to soften and reset.

How it works

Each session is guided by what your body brings. No two sessions are the same, but every session draws on these core practices:

  • Talk Therapy — healing through speaking, giving words to what has been held inside.

  • Spinal Energetics — somatic nervous system regulation, releasing patterns through the body’s own intelligence.

  • Yoga Nidra — a reclining meditation that restores and integrates your nervous system.

Together, these practices create a container for deep repair — combining conversation, energy work, and rest

Where & When

  • Ronneby — every Monday, 2pm–4pm (other times available on request)

  • Lund — monthly pop-ups (with private sessions available on request)
