Each week, I guide you back into stillness through a practice rooted in Yoga Nidra, lunar rhythm, and sacred pause.

These sessions are simple.
No pressure to perform, heal, or understand.
Just listen. Let the light move through you.

Our Rhythm

We honour the four key phases of the moon:

  • New Moon — Rest into the dark. Begin again.

  • First Quarter — Listen to tension. Move gently.

  • Full Moon — Receive light. Expand softly.

  • Last Quarter — Clear space. Let go.

Sometimes I weave in Vedic astrology.
Sometimes we just bathe in the ever-shifting glow.
Always, we rest. Always, we return.
